01. Privacy notice

Who is responsible

NO SPEED LIMIT VENTURES INC operates WOT Motorcycle Club and is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@wot-club.com.

This notice covers our website and official membership bot. Telegram and Facebook also have their own terms and privacy policies. Any future rider app or paid service will have its own applicable information and terms before access begins.

The information we receive

• Registration: full name, email, country, city, adult age range and Telegram connection. Rider nickname and gender are optional. Your full name is not included in the public referral link.
• Membership: private membership code, public referral identifier, email-verification status, registration and account activity dates, language and communication choices.
• Telegram: when you start or interact with @WOTClubBot, we receive your numeric Telegram ID, username where available, account first/last names, language choices and the messages or commands you send. We store the account-linking information and relevant interaction or delivery dates.
• Referrals and campaigns: the referral link used to join, referral relationships and counts, campaign tags and referring-page address. A share-tap count is also saved on your device. These help credit invitations and understand where registrations come from.
• Technical and security information: infrastructure processes network information such as IP addresses and request details. Our abuse controls retain hashed identifiers derived from IP addresses and request time windows. A raw IP address is not added to your membership record.
• Rider stories: photos and short videos you choose to submit, their original file metadata, your caption, an optional Instagram handle, submission/review dates and your originality and sharing-permission records. Media files can contain details such as location or camera information; avoid including information you do not want reviewed.
• Other information you choose to provide: support messages and optional rider/profile details supplied in an earlier registration flow may be retained with your record.

The registration form does not request payment details, government ID, precise GPS location or bike photos. The separate member-story form is optional and accepts the photos/videos you select. Required fields support the membership record, adult eligibility and contact/linking process; registration cannot be completed without them.

How we use it

We use your information to create and manage your record, link Telegram, send account messages, help with sign-in, credit referrals, organise registrations and protect the service. We use registration totals and basic administrative indicators to understand and organise the founding community. The current website does not use advertising pixels or a behavioural analytics SDK.

We do not use these administrative indicators to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Rider stories and publication choices

Story files are uploaded to restricted storage and queued for review. They are not published automatically. Authorised WOT operators may review your submission, including available metadata and provenance information, to enforce our original-media/no-AI policy. We do not claim that an automated tool can conclusively identify every AI-generated file.

If you give the separate sharing permission, WOT may feature approved files and your story on its website and social channels, crop or edit them, and tag the Instagram handle you supply. A handle is supplied by you; we do not verify that you control it through Instagram. This can make your approved story and chosen tag public. Social platforms then process that content under their own policies.

You can request withdrawal of sharing permission or removal of your submission through privacy@wot-club.com. We will stop future use and address content under our control, subject to applicable requirements. We cannot guarantee removal of copies independently reshared by other people. Unpublished files and permission records are kept while needed for review, managing the submission and handling requests; approved content and relevant permission records may be retained while the agreed use continues. This optional form does not change your marketing preference.

Messages and your choices

Welcome messages, membership codes, email confirmation and sign-in messages are account communications. Optional promotional emails are separate: the box is unchecked by default, and declining it does not prevent registration.

Using your personal connection link and pressing Start links your Telegram account to the registration flow; completing registration saves that connection with your membership. Opening the bot without a personal link does not by itself register you. This does not add you to the community group. Future invitations or optional programmes will be explained when available.

Browser storage

The site uses browser storage for your language, pending Telegram link, share-tap count and member-session token. If you reveal your private membership code, it may be kept in that tab’s session storage. Linking and session tokens are sent to our server when needed to resume the connection or sign you in.

WOT does not set advertising cookies in the current registration site. Fonts and QR codes are served or generated locally by the website; your Telegram link is not sent to an outside QR generator. Firebase’s client library is loaded from Google’s gstatic.com. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs under their own policies.

You can clear browser storage through your browser settings. This may sign you out or interrupt a pending connection; it does not delete your membership from our systems.

Service providers and disclosure

• Google Cloud / Firebase: website hosting, server functions, database and related security infrastructure. Firebase privacy information.
• Resend: account email delivery and, where you opt in, optional emails. It receives the recipient address and message content needed to send them. Resend privacy policy.
• Telegram: processes your account and messages under its own policies as well as delivering interactions with our bot. Telegram privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent membership information for advertising. Authorised operators can access information needed to run the club. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to address misuse or legal claims, or during a business transfer subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

Location and international processing

Our providers may process information outside your home country. Google/Firebase and Resend publish data-processing terms and international-transfer information. Contact us for information about the locations and safeguards applicable to your data; provider locations and the safeguards required depend on the service and applicable law.

Retention and security

Founding-member records are currently retained for the ongoing registration and membership service rather than expiring automatically after a fixed number of days. Account, referral, communication-choice and security records may have different retention needs. A request to close or delete your membership is handled separately from an email unsubscribe.

When handling deletion, we consider the member record and associated links, identifiers and bot records. Limited information may need to remain for a legal obligation, security incident, dispute or to respect a communication opt-out. Provider backups and technical logs may follow their own retention cycles. You can ask us what is retained and why.

We use server-side validation, restricted database access and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your membership code, sign-in links and personalised Telegram connection QR private.

Your choices and rights

Stop optional emails: use the unsubscribe link in a WOT email. This changes your optional-email preference; it does not delete your membership. Contact us if an account message does not arrive.

Telegram: you can block the bot in Telegram to stop messages there. Contact us if you also want your WOT record unlinked or deleted. Deleting a Telegram chat alone does not delete WOT’s membership record.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent for optional marketing. Email privacy@wot-club.com. We may request proportionate information to verify that the record is yours. We respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request and explain any lawful limitation. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We do not require you to give up your legal privacy rights to register.

Adults and changes to this notice

Registration is for people aged 18 or over. Eligibility is based on the age range you declare. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us so we can investigate and remove the information where appropriate.

If our data practices change, we update this notice and its date. For material changes, we provide additional notice where required. New purposes, services or permissions will be explained before they are introduced.

02. Free registration terms

What registration provides

These terms describe the current free founding registration offered by NO SPEED LIMIT VENTURES INC through wot-club.com. Registration creates a WOT founding-member record and a private membership code for account access. There is no registration fee and no payment information is requested.

Founding status is a community designation recorded on your profile. Your membership code is a private sign-in credential, not a public founder number. Registration and codes are personal and must not be sold, transferred or shared as account access.

Eligibility and account care

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate registration information and use an email and Telegram account you control. Keep credentials and personalised connection links private; use your public referral link when inviting others. Contact us if your details are wrong or your account may have been accessed by someone else.

Telegram and future app access

The official bot is @WOTClubBot. Connecting it links your membership; it does not automatically join a group. The community chat opens separately, and an invitation will explain access and any applicable community rules.

RC: Riders’ Companion is coming to iOS and Android. Founding members will receive a free RC subscription. The launch date, subscription duration, availability, eligibility and access terms will be announced before access begins.

Member benefits include free event tickets, club raffles, and motorcycle and accessory giveaways. Each event, raffle or giveaway will have its own dates, eligibility, availability and participation rules before it opens. Free registration does not automatically enter a prize draw or guarantee a particular prize.

Any future app subscription, purchase, event or other programme will have its own applicable terms. It requires a separate choice; joining this free registration does not enrol you in a paid service.

Referrals and fair use

Your public personal link can credit eligible registrations to you. Referral totals are community records; they do not promise payment, prizes or a particular benefit. Invite people who may want to join. Do not spam, create fake or duplicate accounts, impersonate others, automate abusive requests or interfere with the service.

We may correct invalid referral counts and limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security problems or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Sharing your riding story

Submit only photos, videos and captions you created or have permission to share, including any permissions needed from people shown. AI-generated or AI-altered media is not accepted. Ordinary non-AI cropping, colour adjustments and video edits are allowed. Do not submit others’ private information, unlawful material or media you cannot authorise WOT to use.

When you check the story-sharing permission, you give WOT a non-exclusive permission to feature the approved submission on its website and social channels, crop/edit it and tag your supplied Instagram handle for that purpose. You keep ownership of your content. Submission is optional, publication is subject to review, and no payment or feature placement is promised. Sharing-permission and removal requests can be sent to privacy@wot-club.com as explained above.

Availability and updates

The website, bot and founding programme may evolve, experience interruptions or change as the community develops. We explain material changes where appropriate. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer or other legal rights. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

WOT’s name, logo and website materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Registration does not grant a licence to impersonate WOT or use club branding commercially.

Leaving and getting help

You can request account closure or deletion at privacy@wot-club.com. The privacy notice above explains the difference between changing email preferences and deleting your record. Contact us there for registration questions, corrections or complaints.
